Refund Policy At Ovalo Health, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we've made the process clear and straightforward.
Please review the details of our return and refund policy below.
You may return new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that opened or used items will incur a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping costs in those cases are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, all on sale items are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on promotional offers.
For orders received in error or with manufacturer defects, we’ll cover return shipping and issue a full refund once the returned product is received and inspected by our team. All refunds are contingent upon product condition and eligibility. To be considered for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, the product must be used consistently and as directed for 60 full days. Customers may only request a refund after the 60-day usage period is complete. If results are not experienced at that point, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the trial period. Proof of product use and adherence to the daily usage instructions may be requested and reviewed before refund approval. Refunds requested prior to completing 60 days of use will not be processed.
Due to the speed of our fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled more than 30 minutes after being placed. Any cancellation request submitted after that time will not be guaranteed.
If you’re ready to initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ovalohealth.com. Once your return request is confirmed, we’ll provide instructions and the proper return address. Ensure your item is carefully repackaged with all parts, accessories, and original documentation. Once we receive your returned item, our Ovalo Health Specialists will inspect it to confirm it meets return criteria. If approved, our accounting team will issue your refund within 2–3 business days to your original method of payment. Some items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes items that are returned used or damaged without prior approval, items missing key components, or items submitted outside of the allowed return timeframe.
We are currently in a rebranding phase, and as part of this transition, some products may arrive without external labels or with temporary packaging. Please rest assured that the quality and authenticity of the products remain unchanged.

Subscription
1.0. Minimum Subscription Commitment
By subscribing, the Client agrees to a minimum subscription term of three (3) months. This ensures continued results and consistent delivery of the products. The Client will be billed for, and receive, three consecutive monthly shipments before cancellation can take effect.
If the Client cancels before completing the 3-month term, the Company will require payment of the difference between the discounted subscription price and the regular one-time purchase price for products already received.
1.1. To prevent interruption of service, all subscriptions automatically renew for a period equal to the previous term (typically 30 days per shipment).
1.2. Unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next renewal date, the Client authorizes Ovalo Health to automatically charge the payment method on file for the renewal period.
1.3. Prices and subscription plans may change periodically. Renewal charges will be at the then-current rate, which may differ from the initial rate.
1.4. Clients may cancel their subscription only after the 3-month minimum term by contacting customer support at support@ovalohealth.com. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before a renewal date will apply to the following cycle.
1.5. Subscriptions can be paused once per 3-month cycle for up to 30 days, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before renewal. Pausing does not reduce or eliminate the 3-month minimum term.
1.6. Shipping address changes must be submitted at least 72 hours before renewal. Shipments already processed cannot be rerouted or refunded.
1.7. Trials or special promotional offers will automatically convert to full subscriptions at the disclosed rate unless cancelled before the trial period ends. The 3-month minimum term applies unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
